Inspired by a lush garden of waterlillies, I knew I could create a piece full of color and texture & I think this piece captures the essence of it perfectly...

a large waterlily leaf was cut from thick copper, hammered to have the edges curl up slightly & then given the most gorgeous coloring of green powdercoating. The powdercoating gives it a glossy, durable finish. The lotus flower resting on the edge of the leaf was all handcut from aluminum- a great metal, as it shouldn't ever tarnish or need polishing. It has 5 layers: 4 aluminum flower petals and a small faceted amethyst stone to add a little color & to offset the green.

The leaf measures about 2" (just over 5cm). Shown on a delicate sterling silver 16" chain. I can also do a black wire 18" cable style for no extra charge.

Comes in a little gift box, perfect for that special present.
