Circles of turquoise are clasped by a claw style frame of lightweight, tarnish free aluminum.  Hand cut to envelope the back of the stones, the claws come up around the front to hold them securely.  A little tab at the top connects to handmade sterling silver earwires. 
They measure about 1 3/8" long (3.5cm) with the earwires
