Cicada Line Necklace

A real cicada wing was traced to reveal every vein & line. The design was then laser cut onto thick brass OR stainless steel (you choose!), making the spindly lines become the framework to a beautiful wing pendant.
The metal has a brushed texture & is smoothed along the sides. The brass will get an aged patina with time, the stainless steel will preserve its silvery finish. Both can easily be polished with a scotchbrite pad

The wing portion measures 2" long.

The chain is 16" long.
