INTERNATIONAL shipping: First class mail international. Upgrades to Priority & Express International are available for an extra fee. I highly recommend insurance on all international orders- unless it is purchased I can make no guarantees on shipment once it leaves my hands.
Also, be aware that overseas shipping can take several weeks.
I fill out custom forms & as a courtesy to my customers, mark them so you dont pay additional customs fees.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I must be contacted prior to returning an item
I allow returns on my items for ONE WEEK after you've received the package. Items must be shipped back to me at your cost with insurance & in the same packaging (in a gift box for safety of the items). I refund fees minus the shipping charges. For returns of earrings, I return the amount paid MINUS the cost for earwires as it's unsanitary to resell them to my customers. If you've had the item for more than one week & want a refund, I must be contacted first & the refund may be subjected to a restocking fee of 10-20%

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM WORK. Pieces that are highly customized (i.e. unusual ring sizes or custom stamped pieces) I am unable to resell, and thus, can not be returned. Please keep this in mind when you custom order pieces.
